Rally

Rally combines traditional obedience skills with the movement, communication, and teamwork of a flowing course. In Rally, the dog and handler navigate a course together, completing a series of exercises at designated signs that may include changes of direction, sits, downs, recalls, turns, and other obedience skills. Unlike traditional obedience, Rally encourages communication and encouragement throughout the course, allowing handlers to talk to and praise their dogs as they work. Pembrokes can be enthusiastic and eager partners, while their intelligence and determination make training both rewarding and challenging. Rally provides an excellent way to strengthen the bond between a Pembroke and their handler while building focus, responsiveness, and confidence.
